Return Policy

Aarya’s gladly accepts returns on all clothing and accessories subject to a few conditions particularised below. Please note that all items purchased are non-refundable. As such, you will be entitled to an exchange or store credit to be used at a later date. The window to return all items is 15 days from the date of the purchase. The customer is responsible for paying the courier’s delivery fees which are non-refundable. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for further information.

Please note that all items sold on clearance are final and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Items on clearance will be clearly stated under the product on the site. Items on clearance are distinct from items on sale. Items on sale, i.e. not clearance, are returnable and are therefore subject to our Returns Policy herein.

To ensure the prompt processing of your return, please know that all product tags MUST be attached to the items. We are unable to process returns on any items that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered, altered, or missing product tags. If we receive returned items in any of the above listed conditions, the item will not be processed for return. Within 2 days of the return, you will be notified of the failure to successfully process the item for the return and the reason for the same. After this period of time, the onus lies with you for retrieving your items from one of our two store branches or via the courier service at your cost.

Returns can be done via one of two ways:

  • Return to Store: Customers are advised to produce the original copy of the invoice to the physical store located at our Valsayn or Woodbrook branch between the hours of 10:30 am and 6 pm Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. As stated above, items must be returned in accordance with the Return Criteria.
  • Return via Courier Service: Customers are advised to email customerservice@aaryas-tt.com quoting the invoice number for the item purchased. You must also state whether you are seeking store credit or an exchange of an item that will be subject to stock availability. You will be in receipt of a confirmation email acknowledging the same. Thereafter, we will arrange with you and the courier service to receive the item from you at a date and time convenient to you. Please note that you will be responsible for all charges associated with the courier service.
  • Please note that we do not accept returns on jewellery due to hygiene. However, reasonable exceptions can be made only if the jewellery remains unworn. In this event, customers are advised to follow one of the returns-steps listed above, bearing in mind that items are only to be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • We, unfortunately, cannot replace damages to jewellery that exceed 15 days from the date of purchase. Any damage incurred by the customer from misuse cannot be exchanged or given store credit.
  • Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault of Aarya’s and we do not accept responsibility for same.
