We have two store branches, one at Valpark Shopping Plaza, 1 Morequito Avenue, Valsayn and the other at 30A Warren Street, Woodbrook .

We open between the hours of 10:30 am and 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Phone support is available at 868 628-3348 during opening hours, and email support at customerservice@aaryas-tt.com is available 24/7.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash in-store, or on delivery.

After your order is placed, standard delivery may take a maximum of 4 business days. Please be advised, however, that delivery dates are not guaranteed as the service is being provided through a third-party courier service.

Yes. However, this is done manually. Once you place an order with us, an email detailing your order will be automatically sent to your email address with a unique tracking number. You can enter this tracking number into our database. An email will then be sent to you notifying you that your order is out for delivery.

Of course! This service is available at both our Valsayn and Woodbrook branches within 2 days of purchase.

We advise that you call the Customer Service line at 868 628-3348 to cancel your request. Unfortunately, if your request has been processed, i.e. courier has collected the item for delivery, cancellation is not feasible. In the event of this, you can return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.

All purchases are non-refundable; however, we give store credit to be used at a later date.

All orders are returnable 15 days from the date of purchase subject to certain conditions. Please check our Returns Policy .

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! As soon as possible, please contact our Customer Service at 868 628-3348 for an exchange or replacement within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Yes, we do! We are happy to tailor our clothing suited to you for a small fee. This service is available at both our Valsayn and Woodbrook branches.

Unfortunately, we do not. At the moment, we are solely based within Trinidad and Tobago.
